Located at 2601 NW 23rd Blvd in Gainesville Florida, Brookwood Terrace is an established community set under many beautiful majestic oak trees and surrounded by lush landscaping. For our families with younger students, we are zoned for Glen Springs Elementary School, Westwood Middle School and Gainesville High School.
